Lingerie-in-Leather must be contacted within 10 days of receipt of order if an exchange or return is needed. Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have tags attached. For hygienic reasons, Thongs & G-Stringss, all under wear and any sets that contain these items, are NOT returnable or exchangable if the package has been opened. Stockings & Thigh-hi's are NOT returnable or exchangable if the packages have been opened. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Customer must ship returns and exchanges with Return authorization form, insured US Postal or UPS with tracking number. We will credit your original credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping fees and any restocking fee.
