At Lingerie in Leather, we realize that shopping online can feel a bit risky. However, the truth of the matter is that advances in secure server technology have made shopping online just as safe as using your credit card to shop around town or over the phone. Our goal is for you to feel as comfortable using your credit card at Lingerie in Leather as you do everywhere else that you shop.

~~~~~~Exchanges & Returns~~~~~~

Lingerie-in-Leather must be contacted within 10 days of receipt of order if an exchange or return is needed. A return authorization # MUST be obtained before the item is shipped back to our Distribution Center.

Only unused, unwashed, and unworn items will be accepted. Used or worn items will be returned and additional shipping charges will be issued.

Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have tags attached. For hygienic reasons, Thongs & G-Strings are NOT returnable or exchangable if the package has been opened. Stockings & Thigh-hi's are NOT returnable or exchangable if the packages have been opened.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Customer must ship returns and exchanges with Return authorization form, insured US Postal or UPS with tracking number. We will credit your original credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping fees and any restocking fee.

We will NOT charge you for re-shipping exchanged items nor for any mistake on our part in filling your order.

Free Standard U.S. Shipping on any size order!

Most orders are shipped by Fed-Ex or UPS.

Most orders ship within 2~3 business days after we receive the order.

Next Day Air is available in the US for $27.95.

2nd Day Air is available for $17.95.

Canadian Orders will be charged $19.95 for shipping and handling and are only shipped through the US Post Office.

International Orders - Orders outside of Canada and the continental U.S. will be charged $32.00 for shipping and handling.

Please be sure to allow for the weekends and the 2~3 business days for us to process your order before we ship.

We are not able to guarantee a shipping time for any of our shipping methods. We will ship your order as you request. Any delays in shipping is out of our control and therefore not our responsibility. We will help in any way we can, if needed.

TAX

We are required to charge 8.58% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New York, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of New York, US.
